The Boardy Fund intends to rely extensively on the use of “Boardy,” an AI tool developed by YouCorp Technologies, Inc./ Deal Team dba "Boardy"., a company founded and controlled by the fund lead, Andrew D’Souza. Boardy may identify potential investment, conduct due diligence, and make investment recommendations. The fund anticipates that a substantial portion of its investment pipeline and assessments will come directly from Boardy’s outputs. While investment decisions are ultimately subject to review and approval by Mr. D’Souza, the fund is expected to involve limited human involvement.
Limitations of AI-Generated Content
Boardy’s outputs may be incomplete, contain inaccuracies, or require significant contextual evaluation by the fund lead. AI-generated information may reflect outdated data, misinterpret publicly available information, omit material facts, or otherwise fail to capture relevant considerations. The technology used by Boardy is experimental and may not operate as expected or intended, may be subject to errors, limitations, or failures or may at times be unable to identify, analyze, or evaluate investment opportunities accurately or consistently.

As a result, the fund’s reliance on Boardy may create a recurring potential conflict of interest for Mr. D’Souza. Boardy’s analyses, assessments, and recommendations are not independently verified, and the fund may rely on materials generated by a tool that is owned and developed by its fund lead.
