FAQ
How Boardy works, and where it falls short
How Boardy makes warm introductions, what it costs, what it shares about you, and where it falls short.
What is Boardy?
Boardy is an AI superconnector. You tell Boardy who you need to meet (an investor, a cofounder, a first customer, a hire, a job), Boardy learns the context, looks for a fit in its network, and makes a warm introduction when both sides want it.
Am I talking to a person?
No. Boardy is an AI. It runs the conversation, the search, and the introduction itself.
How do I start?
Message Boardy by text, WhatsApp, or email at boardy@boardy.ai. Boardy asks for your name, email, phone number, and LinkedIn so it knows who it’s introducing, then has a short conversation with you about what you’re working on and who you want to meet.
Does it cost anything?
Talking to Boardy and getting introductions is free. Some extras are paid, like the partner package for events.
Is an introduction guaranteed?
No. Every introduction is double opt-in: Boardy asks both people first, and either one can say no. Boardy also only suggests someone when it thinks there’s a real fit, so if the right person isn’t in its network yet, it will tell you that rather than introduce you to someone who isn’t.
How many introductions can I get?
There are limits. Boardy caps how many new introductions it starts for you each day, and introductions to potential customers are capped per person. That cap doesn’t reset when an introduction finishes or after you wait.
