Boardy asks you and the person hiring before making the introduction. Your contact details are only shared once you both say yes.
What Boardy won’t do
- There are no listings to browse or apply to. Every match comes through a conversation with Boardy.
- Boardy doesn’t apply for you, negotiate offers, or guarantee interviews. It gets you a warm introduction; the rest is up to you and the team.
- If nobody in Boardy’s network fits what you want yet, Boardy will say so instead of sending you somewhere that doesn’t fit.
